I lived in Center Line for a little over a year, in walking distance to this restaurant/ bar, it was a blessing! At first I was apprehensive since the city is not known for quality restaurants, but I was pleasantly surprised. The servers are super friendly. I enjoy that there are always about 10 different types of homemade soup available and fish specials on the weekend or tacos, pizza deals, etc. The burgers and nachos are quite good there too. For a small place Te Roma has a plethora of bottled craft beers ! Sometimes they have Yuengling which is hard to find around these parts too. Downside: Sometimes music is really loud, they have a juke box. ...but its never really a huge deal. This is a local blue collar bar, yet the menu is kid friendly, I see a lot of families eating her early in the evening. Its a good place to watch sports too . They also have free handheld trivia and keno, etc . lottery machine if you are into that ( seems to be popular there )

Terrible service. Sub-par food. Every waitress in this bar looked horrible and acted as trashy as they looked. They were all more into their phones than any of the customers. I am extremely disappointed in this place and do NOT plan on returning after this visit.

So glad I stumbled upon this place! Super delicious, fresh, made from scratch food. You cannot go wrong with the burgers, soups or pizza. The lunch specials are amazing. Sign up for their email list to get daily specials. The dill pickle soup is as good if not better than what you can get in Hamtramck. I've tried over a half dozen different soups and have been thrilled with every kind. The prices are beyond reasonable and the service is very fast and friendly. Te Roma has become my go to place for work lunches and after work carryout for nights we don't cook. Love, love, love Te Roma. Yum!

Good food overall... 1/2 lb. Cheeseburger and Fries special for $4.29 is worth the price and it is actually one of the better burgers in town. (Though they do vary in size on occasion) Service is decent (Lisa) and the place is family owned/operated. Overall, fair value and "Authentic Detroit" bar atmosphere.

Great place! Great food! Great service! Great regulars! Great staff! I've never had a bad experience here. If you like burgers-they make the best(try a Big Russ), if you like chicken wings-they have the best, if you like nachos- share with somebody because they're awesome and huge, and last but not least the BLT PIZZAS(with real mayo!) half off pizzas Tuesdays and Saturdays if you eat there!!! So many Flatscreen Tvs you can just kick back and watch the game whatever direction your facing!!! Don't forget to tip your server, their hard work is what keeps the customers happy!!!

I've been to Te Roma plenty of times in the past with my boyfriend and some friends and have always had a great experience all around. Apparently the amazing waitress who we loved no longer works here. My boyfriend and I came here with growling tummies expecting to be in and out after seeing how many tables were sat at 6:30 on a Saturday night. Disappointed is an understatement. I left this restaurant pissed off. The waitress greeted us in a timely fashion. The first thing I noticed was her attire. She, as well as the other waitress, looked like they just rolled out of bed. I understand they work at a bar but they were both extremely underdressed to be at "work". I ordered tea ($2.50/glass - yikes! Didn't know that until we got our bill) - the man ordered a water. She dropped our drinks off and said she'd be right back to take our order. She forgot all about us. We watched her talk and flirt with a table of guys, talk to an elderly couple next to us, eat pizza behind the bar with the rest of the staff, push in chairs at empty tables, go into the restroom and play on her phone. After about 10-15 minutes of eyeing our waitress down trying to get her attention, I asked the bartender to get the waitress to our table. The "waitress" apologized and sat on the booth next to me. I had to ask her if they still have 1/2 off pizza on Saturdays - every time we've been here in the past, the waitress always informed us of the daily specials. We ordered a large deluxe pizza and a side salad. She brought my salad to the table while I was reading something on my phone. The silverware on the salad plate fell onto my lap as she put the salad in front of me, scaring the crap out of me. After setting my salad down, she laughed and walked away to the table full of guys. About 40 minutes later, the other waitress brought our pizza. She started to walk away without asking if we needed anything else. My boyfriend stopped her and asked for ranch. She didn't acknowledge that he was talking to her. She set the ranch on the side of our table and walked away. The pizza was okay but nothing special. Luckily, we didn't need anything else while we ate our meal because our waitress didn't come to check on us until we were finished eating. The bill came to $16.27. $16.27 I much rather would have spent anywhere else than this place. As we were getting ready to leave, our waitress walked out the back with the table of guys she gave all her attention to while we were here. We walked out the back door to where we parked to see her giggling and smoking a cigarette with them. We both decided we will not return to this place after experiencing this horrible service from the trashy waitresses they have working at this place.

Once again, checking yelp out for a great place for some pizza on a Saturday afternoon.... (1/2 off!!) Sat with some serious lushes who could barely speak, nice older couple gushing over my son. Service was ok, the pizza was nice and square and light and fresh....but get this, when we pulled up, there was a crowd outside and I thought that there might be a wait, which was kind of odd. It was a Saturday afternoon & there was basketball on so I thought maybe there was a line .....it just happened that 8 to 10 people out front were smoking around the front door.....we got to walk through that. ....good times. (I sound like a suburban twat) Bottom line is that I will come back here eventually, just with a good dinking buddy who likes soup.

Great local bar with awesome food! I go there for the homemade soups (usually 9 or more options to choose from daily) as well as their sandwiches, wraps, ribs, and pizza. Don't forget to try the broccoli cheddar bites and the spicy cheese balls!
